SENIOR INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER
We are looking for a talented and open-minded senior level industrial designer, who is passionate about creating purposeful products and experiences with a human-centered approach.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a senior industrial designer, you’ll work on a range of exciting projects for international clients in MedTech, Sustainable Energy, Household Appliances and Professional Products. You will lead and oversee physical design projects end-to-end, capturing our client’s challenges and translating them into engaging, seamless design solutions. You will set timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met, and communicate with- and present to clients, conceptualize and ideate design solutions, support design decisions with creative, strategic, and technical reasoning. Leading and coordinating multiple projects at a time, you’ll drive their execution, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the final result.

WHAT YOU BRING

you have an impressive portfolio that documents and proves your well-rounded conceptual and implementation industrial design skills

you have at least 5 years of experience in a design agency, a start-up or as a freelancer
-
an affinity to-, and basic experience in UX/UI design is a plus
-
you have a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial design or equivalent
-
you have good to excellent proficiency of key 2D and 3D design tool such as Adobe CS, Figma, Keyshot, Solid Works, Alias 3D, Rhinoceros or similar

you have professional German and English language skills

MIDLEVEL UX/UI DESIGNER
We are looking for a talented and open-minded User Interface Designer, who is passionate about creating purposeful products and experiences with a positive impact.
​
This is the perfect role for an inquisitive, creative mind with a natural gift for solving visual complexity with hierarchy, space, proportion and colour.
​
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As User Interface Designer, you’ll work on a range of exciting projects for international clients in Circular Energy, Digital Health, MedTech, Household Appliances and Professional Products. You will capture our client’s challenges and translate them into engaging, seamless graphic and visual design solutions.

WHAT YOU'RE GOOD AT

Collaborate with internal teams to define user interface requirements
-
Translate concepts and wireframes into strong clear visuals that lead to intuitive user experiences.

Facilitate clients’ product visions by researching, conceiving, sketching, ideating, and mocking up interfaces for digital products.

Define cross-platforms design systems with typography, iconography, colour, grid, and design components.

Present rough drafts to product managers and/or key stakeholders to gain approval

Develop interactive prototypes and models to use in various products to validate user understanding

Brainstorm new ideas, layouts and graphics

Stay up-to-date with design application changes and industry developments

WHAT YOU BRING

BSc degree in Graphic or Multimedia Design, Visual Arts or a similar, relevant qualification
-
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
-
Portfolio of related works (e.g. logos, animations and graphics) demonstrating talent, skill and previous experience
-
Work experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer or similar role plus
-
Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite

Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
-
Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects

Attention to visual details

Professional English is a requirement

You will identify, establish and build relationships with new clients particularly in the fields of smart home, healthcare and telecommunications. With a strong background in sales and a clear understanding of design thinking and human-centered design you will leverage your knowledge to identify new leads, potential areas of growth, potential strategic partners and negotiate, close, and manage deals. Key markets are Europe and North America.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
